Early Life: Embracing Change and Diversity
Growing up between Saudi Arabia and Qatar due to my father’s transferable job, I had the unique opportunity to meet and form friendships with peers from diverse cultures, including Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. These interactions helped me embrace cultural differences and build lasting relationships, shaping my adaptability and openness to change—qualities that have become essential to my personal and professional growth.
The Spark of Engineering
As the VP of the student council during high school, I organized industry visits and engaged with manufacturing facilities, fueling my passion for understanding how things work. This led me to pursue Mechanical Engineering at PES University in India, where my interest in engineering processes began. During my time at PES, I dove deeper into mechanical engineering, specializing in manufacturing and gaining a solid foundation.
Empowering Small Businesses: The 'Next Angle' Project
In 2021, I initiated 'Next Angle,' a project aimed at addressing the adversity of micro-retail enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this project, I worked with micro-scale businesses in rural areas, including Jigani, Karnataka, India, to create an inventory management tool. By digitizing their operations, I worked with shopkeepers to improve their procurement decisions, increase free cash flow, and streamline their supply chain operations.
On another front, I developed an e-commerce store to connect underprivileged artisans in Karnataka, India with a broader consumer base. This platform expanded their market reach to eight cities across seven states in India, incorporating culturally endemic art into their products.
It was through these initiative that I truly realized the transformative power of effective supply chain management.
Industry Experience: Tackling Supply Chain Challenges
I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to contribute to impactful supply chain projects across various industries. At Titan Company Limited, I optimized production planning and procurement for over 255,000 back-orders, leveraging SAP R/3 to align inventory with demand forecasts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

At Safexpress, I enhanced logistics operations by working closely with consignment centers, suppliers, and consignees, reducing transportation times and fleet downtime.

At Hero MotoCorp, I focused on inventory management, conducting stock audits and optimizing procurement planning, which significantly improved engine overhauling efficiency and throughput. These experiences have deepened my passion for supply chain management and problem-solving.
A Vision for the Future: Building Scalable Solutions
Today, my passion lies in building scalable supply chain tools that not only benefit businesses but also foster sustainable development in local communities. A Masters program at Michigan Ross represents the next step in my journey to refine my skills, deepen my knowledge, and continue making meaningful contributions to the global supply chain ecosystem.
